OPPORTUNITIES FOR STUDENTS
Thesis Proposal: Micron Collaboration
Exploring AI-Driven Design Automation in Full-Custom NAND Flash Development
This 6–9 month Master’s thesis, hosted at Micron’s Avezzano site (with flexible on-site presence), investigates the use of AI-driven automation to enhance workflows in full-custom NAND Flash memory design.
The project aims to:
- Apply machine learning to automate repetitive and complex design tasks.
- Develop intelligent documentation interfaces to improve knowledge accessibility and decision-making.
Students will gain hands-on experience in a cutting-edge industrial environment, with monthly allowance and meal vouchers provided.
Location: Micron, Avezzano
